We are interested in Splitter Blocks, small land developments like 1 into 2, 3, or 4 lots. To larger residential land subdivisions of a hectare or more. We also look at Townhouse Subdivisions in some areas.

If we can find ways to stacking other value adding strategies on top of these types of subdivisions, then we do so. These can be things like renovations, house and land packages or multiple occupancy dwellings.

Vendors WIN we aim to pay vendors above the market for their property if it is feasible to add value to in some way. And development is one way…

We settled on our company name… as it’s correct to let ladies go before gentlemen…. or the wife comes first to keep the peace… 🙂

Dave Cane is the Company Director and originally used Karanda Holdings Pty Ltd as the identity that operated an Automotive Repair Business and an Internet Marketing Business. In 2003 when the automotive workshop concern was sold. The company directors went into Property Investment.

Fast forward today, Karanda Holdings Pty Ltd manages 3 businesses. Firstly there is Karanda Holdings Property. Then there are 2 businesses managed by our eldest daughter Nicky. They are Find Net Solutions that does website design and online marketing for clients. And Easy Online Biz Solutions which is an Online Business Consultancy. For those people who want to start an online business or scale up an existing business.
